The ground rules for using indigoandasphalt.com and the Fit Finder tool.
Indigo & Asphalt is written and run by me, Chaz Stephens, through Indigo & Asphalt, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. Everything here is offered in good faith, without the guarantees a business with a large legal team could make.
The Fit Finder's measurements are pulled from brand-published spec sheets and my own notes. They're a starting point for comparing garments, not a guarantee of how something will fit you. Brands revise patterns and measurements over time — check the current listing before you buy.
Fit Finder Premium is a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually at the price shown on the Premium page at checkout (that price can change, including limited-time offers). It's billed and can be cancelled through Stripe's own hosted checkout and billing portal — never inside the app itself. I don't guarantee refunds beyond whatever Stripe's own payment dispute process provides.
The writing, photography, and Fit Finder data on this site are mine unless credited otherwise. Quote and link freely; don't republish full essays or scrape the Fit Finder database without asking first.
Links to Substack, Ko-fi, Instagram, and the brands referenced throughout the site go to pages I don't control. I'm not responsible for their content or their availability.
