A.P.C. Denim

A.P.C. was founded in Paris in 1987 by Jean Touitou, whose first menswear collection appeared that year. The initials stand for Atelier de Production et de Création, roughly a production and creation workshop. The brand has made raw denim since 1987, and its collection later came to include raw Japanese denim. Its New Standard jeans are cut from 14.5oz sanforized Japanese raw selvedge denim that softens as it is worn.
