Remi Relief Denim
Founded in 2007 by designer Yutaka Goto, Remi Relief runs its own factory in Kojima, Okayama, where it builds machinery to control its finishing. The name combines “remix” and “relief,” standing for modification and omission, ideas Goto carries into the brand’s in-house repair detailing. Its garments are made in Japan from Japanese denim. The brand is known for its aging techniques, including a signature finish called SP Processing that creates fades and patina.
