About Eternal
Established in 1997, Eternal is a Japanese denim brand from Okayama Prefecture, with products made in the Kojima district of Kurashiki. In 2002, its maker added a women’s label, DEEP BLUE, and since 2018 both have been run by Aogarasu Co., Ltd., which acquired the business from Maeno Co., Ltd. Its 883 denim is woven at low tension from American cotton, giving the cloth vintage-style irregularities, and rope-dyed 24 times for a deep blue. Most of the brand’s jeans and jackets are given a wash before sale, and its range includes selvedge jeans and classic denim jackets such as the Type I.
