About Brain Dead

Brain Dead was founded in Los Angeles in 2014 by Kyle Ng and Ed Davis, who soon expanded the project into a team of like-minded artists. The brand draws on post-punk, underground comics, skateboarding, and the wider spirit of subculture, applying graphic-led designs across apparel, footwear, and accessories. Its Type 00 jeans are cut and sewn in Los Angeles from denim woven in Japan, including a 15.5oz rigid, unsanforized indigo selvedge with a slubby texture from neppy weft yarn.
